Terms of Service<\/h4><\/div>

These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by\u2028In-House Massage Niseko SETSUGEKKA -\u96ea\u6708\u82b1- (the “Salon”).<\/p>

Services<\/h4><\/div>

The Salon provides mobile (in-house) relaxation massage services at hotels, villas, and accommodations.<\/p>

<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Eligibility<\/strong><\/h4><\/div>

\u30fbCustomers must be at least 18 years old
\u30fbServices may be refused if the customer is intoxicated or unwell
\u30fbServices may be refused if the environment is unsafe or unsuitable<\/p>

Prohibited Conduct<\/h4><\/div>

The following actions are strictly prohibited:
\u30fbAny request for sexual services
\u30fbInappropriate touching, harassment, or threatening behavior
\u30fbIllegal activities
\u30fbProviding false booking information

If any of the above occurs, the service will be terminated immediately and no refunds will be given.\u2028The Salon reserves the right to refuse future bookings.<\/p>

Reservations & Cancellations<\/strong><\/h4><\/div>

\u30fbAdvance booking is required
\u30fbFree cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment
\u30fbCancellation within 24 hours: 100% charge
\u30fbNo-show: 100% charge<\/p>

Delay in Start Time<\/h4><\/div>

If the start time is delayed due to the customer’s circumstances, the treatment time may be shortened.\u2028In such cases, the full reserved fee will still be charged.\u2028Significant delays may result in cancellation of the service.<\/p>

Refusal of Payment<\/h4><\/div>

If payment is refused after service, the Salon may take legal action if necessary.<\/p>

Service Cancellation<\/h4><\/div>

The Salon may cancel the service in the following cases:
\u30fbSevere weather conditions (heavy snow, blizzards, etc.)
\u30fbInability to reach the location due to traffic conditions
\u30fbSafety concerns for the therapist
\u30fbOther unavoidable circumstances

In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged.<\/em><\/p>
