Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by In-House Massage Niseko SETSUGEKKA -雪月花- (the “Salon”).

Services

The Salon provides mobile (in-house) relaxation massage services at hotels, villas, and accommodations.

Eligibility

・Customers must be at least 18 years old
・Services may be refused if the customer is intoxicated or unwell
・Services may be refused if the environment is unsafe or unsuitable

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited:
・Any request for sexual services
・Inappropriate touching, harassment, or threatening behavior
・Illegal activities
・Providing false booking information

If any of the above occurs, the service will be terminated immediately and no refunds will be given. The Salon reserves the right to refuse future bookings.

Reservations & Cancellations

・Advance booking is required
・Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment
・Cancellation within 24 hours: 100% charge
・No-show: 100% charge

Delay in Start Time

If the start time is delayed due to the customer’s circumstances, the treatment time may be shortened. In such cases, the full reserved fee will still be charged. Significant delays may result in cancellation of the service.

Credit card (AirPAY)

Refusal of Payment

If payment is refused after service, the Salon may take legal action if necessary.

Disclaimer

・Services are for relaxation purposes only and are not medical treatments
・Results may vary by individual
・The Salon is not responsible for any physical condition changes after treatment

Service Cancellation

The Salon may cancel the service in the following cases:
・Severe weather conditions (heavy snow, blizzards, etc.)
・Inability to reach the location due to traffic conditions
・Safety concerns for the therapist
・Other unavoidable circumstances

In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated without prior notice.
